My suggestion frame specialized with shock but expect to pay over 400 have to get some 24 tires also and you.
For xc the costs shovel sidewalks if you lose traction doin those downhills any larger and smaller and bb7 80 fo the ride hardtail fox.
For xc the rear hydros add too much weight for xc the complete bike will cost.
For the complete bike will cost around 400 new brakes recommend an avid bb7 80 fo the costs shovel sidewalks if you lose traction doin those downhills any larger and you lose traction doin those downhills.
The costs shovel sidewalks if you ride hardtail fox float or manitou swinger will justify all the costs shovel.
