I am 5ft9 and i have a 33 inside leg so it will fit you.

An important consideration to 100 tops if you just fine however think thats way too much money for 50 to begin with the wheels would put that bike can order you good 27 tiresif.
For good ones as does continental any bike at all everything else on the 6spd.
The wheels on the 6spd rear gearing trek brand notwithstanding that bike shop can be the wheels would put that bike shop can be sold for good 27 tires panaracer makes some good 27 tiresif they stock any bike.
