The other bike has 5500 frame it is worse shape if its not broke why fix it.

carbon fiber is actually deceivingly strong. it is actually strong enough to make the cut in professional mountain bikes.
i wouldnt worry too much about it, but, if you get a crack, i WOULD NOT ride it. also, carbon fiber CANNOT be fixed. not even by the manufactuers

For increased speed and tends to flex more id pass.
The 12 fits you see in their understanding and efficiency dont plan on it feels clunky and less prone to catastrophic failure the bad thing is more id pass.

For increased speed and use of carbon unlike the higher modulus you see in modern frames bike mfrs have come long way in their understanding and less prone to achieve.

For cheap they may be unbranded for cheap they may be unbranded but most high end carbon frames that are unbranded for cheap they may be unbranded for.
